Howdy everyone its week 10 and 11, this is where I have to start packing up the blog and heading off its been such a fun time telling yall the progress of this adventure. I have a website almost completely ready to be uploaded and published. For everyone that will like to look at the website, I will be having a link in my social media. Here is some advice to staying vegan and doing the vegan diet.
1. Take it easy. Some people go vegan overnight, and they never look back. But for many others, a slow transition is more sustainable (and pleasurable) than a 180-degree turn. If the idea of going vegan feels daunting, start with a couple of small steps 2. Do your homework. I'm quick to say that vegan food is just food. While there are a couple of secret weapon ingredients to have on your radar (nutritional yeast, I'm lookin' at you), for the most part, a healthy appetite for grains, beans, and produce is all you really need to get started. 3.Have fun with it! While being vegan its super fun, trying new foods, feeling so much energy never had before, making fun recipes, shopping and going to new stores that are for vegan and all health. So just have tons a fun with it! Work on the WebsiteToday has been two weeks so welcome to week 8 and 9 guys, we've come this far through with the project. I have made so many amazing choices in life, this diet has should me tons of things I've never seen before, there is a website where it's about my adventure through my vegan project and how I might coutine to stay strong and go long pro with being vegan. I've been through so much that has been so important and helpful to my diet my sleep, skin, school and so much more. I've had so much help through this adventure of a vegan diet and if you want to read all about a whole website on wi will be posted so soon ive been having a teacher help me through to mack sure it is ready for the public. Can't wait for everyone to be able to see this website and that every one of you learns something from this!.
Q&As and InformationsHello everyone so week 6 and week 7 are together because during those two weeks ive done the same thing. These questions help me learn but will help you and inform you of a vegan. So let's kick right into the questions and answer these bad boys right up!
The StartIn the present of making the website and doing this diet, I am learning that being patient and making sure you eat on enough of what you need so the next day you're doing good and not lagging or more hungry than before. I know now that I should eat every meal and not wait on it, just with the website I started it later than I wanted to but I still have it ready for the world to see.
In the future, I hope people can use my information and my website to learn what not to do and what to do during this diet. in the past, I should have known to read more pieces of information ask more people than just one person. VeganI've been listening to my body more, focusing on what makes me feel good and seeking a balance every day. I'm in the process of incorporating more plant-based meals into my diet. Here is the first recipe I will be showing you.
Cheese sauce: pre-soaked cashews (soaked at least 8 hours)1 1/2 cup red or white miso1.5 tsp/nutritional yeast1 tbsp/apple cider vinegar1 tbsp/dash turmeric/tapioca flour3 tbsp/water1 cup Toppings: avocado1 fresh lemon/lime juice1 tbsp/bell pepper1/2 red/fresh corn1 ear cooked black beans1 cup/salsa3/4 cup/freshly chopped cilantro handful Q&AsIt is week 3 of this journey, I'm back with some more question. I have the answers to answer them and I ready to see if any of yall have ever thought about this with vegans. These are some common questions but some that people don't think about. So let's get right into answering these questions!
ProgressIt is week two of being vegan for 12 weeks, being vegan has definitely affected me in ways that are good. I feel a lot more engerized, my skin is doing a lot better. I feel like as a person I am getting strong and better. Me as a person ive always delete with feeling that way never having so much energy or being that positive for how I feel. With being on this diet it definitely helped me in ways I didn't think was possible yet they are. You just have to work for what you want and where you want to get to, you as a person just has to be mentally ready be ready to try and feel different in ways you hvaent experienced because not eating meat you know there's a difference from when you do and you don't. As long as find replace meants and follow the diet well and listen to your doctors and see if its a good way I say do it try it!
Q&AsToday is week one of the projects, and today I will be sharing with everyone the questions I've been asked and I will share my answer.
What the Project is AboutMy project is to help people understand what it is like to be vegan, as well to help show people that there are no negative parts to being vegan. There is a big amount of people that think being vegan isn't good or unhealthy because of not having meat as well a type of protein. I'm here to show that there are lots of ways to be super healthy and get the protein you need for being vegan. I'll also be explaining the difference between vegans and vegetarians. What I've started for my ProjectWhat I've done to start my project is simply started to ask people questions, as I asked people around public places and school I noticed the same question. When people asked me the questions kept them down in my notes app and soon they will be uploaded on to here. The questions will be posted on my website that will be made soon as well be posted on week 1 blog.
